Affect of Physical Activity on COVID-19 Outcomes

A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine of 48,440 adult COVID-19 patients showed that those who who consistently met guidelines for 150+ mins/week of physical activity fared much better in their disease outcomes than those who were inactive.
