W. F. (Bill) Brothers is a personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with additional NASM certifications as a Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS) and a Women's Fitness Specialist (WFS).  Bill has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.  Following over 30 years in the energy and petro-chemical industry, he entered the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Jefferson Community College, where he received an AAS degree with high distinction.  He has worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, in hospitals, sub-acute rehab, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics since 2006 under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, as required by state laws.

Bill is a life-long fitness enthusiast who has remained active through use of strength training, jogging, Masters swimming, sailing, hiking, and cycling.  He has cycled an average of 2,700 miles a year since arthroscopic knee surgery in 2012, and has logged over 16,000 miles total.

Bill formed FIT SENSE, LLC in December 2014 to offer a sensible alternative to mature adults interested in improving the quality of their lives through use of a supervised fitness program.
